We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka using trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

• Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

• Free shipping may be available during promotions or for orders above a specified value. (Check banner or promotions page.)

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details (when available) via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged or defective item

• You received the wrong product

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products returned without original packaging

• Items returned due to change of mind, personal dislike of scent/texture, or allergic reactions

We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new product.

Refunds & Replacements
